Event Overview:

Build Your Journaling Practice is a class designed to inspire creativity and connection using writing prompts and mindfulness techniques. Why journal? Think of journaling as a method for clearing the clutter of the mind, tilling the soil, and a way to be deeply and radically in conversation with yourself -- your thoughts, ideas, patterns, and dreams.

These days (especially within the pandemic landscape we’re navigating) connecting with each other asks us to think creatively; often, this connection begins with being connected to ourselves.

Through prompts, stream of consciousness writing, and gentle movement/breathing exercises, this creative journaling workshop will offer Maryland School Counselors a moment to pause, to breathe, to write and refill your vessels so that you can continue serving your student and school audiences with a greater sense of purpose, clarity, renewal, and ease.

This event is fully virtual. A Zoom link will be sent out to all MSCA members who register. Space is limited to 100 members, so be sure to reserve your spot! All attendees will be entered into a raffle for FREE Odette Press journal.
